The Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at the Surf Club will open its doors come March 27, indulging its guests in five-star hospitality, and culinary expertise with the launch of Le Sirenuse Miami Restaurant and Champagne Bar.

Sitting at 9011 Collins Avenue, the 72-unit hotel developed by Fort Partners, also preserved the entrance to the Surf Club, a Pancoast-designed private beach club founded in 1930 by Henry Firestone Club.

The new hotel is designed by Pritzker Price-winning architect Richard Meier of Richard Meier & Partners, containing an art gallery of historic events at the Surf Club’s lobby, and the champagne bar and restaurant where the ballroom used to stand.

Its 9-acre, mixed-use picturesque development facing the ocean includes two 12-story residential towers, a private club, two restaurants, four swimming pools, cabanas, a gym, garden and a park.

“Rooms take up floors 5 to 12 of the 12-story hotel with rates ranging from $799 per night to $1,249 per night,” Brad Mumford, assistant director of rooms, told the press. “And a second phase with 5 condo suites and 28 hotel residences is still in the works.”

The price on a condo unit ranges from $3.4 million to $18 million, while spanning in size from 1,400 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet, according to what Nadim Ashi, CEO of Fort Partners, told the press.

The construction of the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences at The Surf Club also adds to the frenzy of significant developments scattered across Surfside, which includes Fendi Chateau Residences and Jason Halpern’s Surf House condo.
